I try to stick to the same meals each month to save time and money. Below are my favorites because I just throw the ingredients together and I can't really mess it up! They also don't have a lot of components and I can clearly see what I'm making which is so helpful when my brain is prioritizing other things.
Spaghetti
Spaghetti, zucchini, onion, beef, sauce
Chicken Fried Rice
Rice, chicken, onion, garlic, peas, carrots, soy sauce
BBQ Chicken Pizza
Pizza crust, white sauce, mozzarella, chicken, bbq sauce, onion, cherry tomatoes
Beef Macaroni
Macaroni, beef, green bell pepper, onion, scallions, diced tomatoes, garlic, cheese
Orzo Pasta
Orzo pasta, chicken, zucchini, broth, garlic, Parmesan, tomatoes, onion
Taco Soup
Crock pot, chicken, onion, celery, broth, diced tomatoes, red bell pepper, cheese, taco seasoning, avocado, tortilla chips
Veggie Enchiladas
Black beans, squash, onion, garlic, broth, tomato sauce, mozzarella, Greek yogurt, enchilada sauce, tortillas
Tacos
Taco seasoning, beef, onion, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, avocado, hard taco shells
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Grilled cheese, tomato soup, apples
